Wood type inked with stamp pads and pressed onto newsprint.
This was created when I had just purchased several cases of wood type but before I had a press of any kind. I did have a red stamp pad and a black one. I did this one afternoon; prior to this image, made only one try, and from this, made the necessary corrections in spacing. Original is about 12 x 12".
